A street taught artist based out of the southwest I find inspiration in using plants and nature in my fine art. My life's mission, like other artists, is to create something that will exist beyond myself.

I collect various species of plants and press them. Using inspiration from my hometown memories I will be taking the pressed petal medium to a fine art level.

I, Katherine Jackson, began my career in art as an actress. My most recognized character is " Katie Cameron" from Micheal Amundsen award winning short film Halvor's Radio. My highest achievement has been being nominated for the 'Best Actress' category of the Gallup Film Festival. I have been studying and practicing the art of acting for almost thirteen years now and I get excited every time I'm on set in front of a camera. All I want for my life is to create art.
